Hydraulic pump

As the power source in the hydraulic system, the hydraulic pump can convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy to provide pressure and flow rate for the hydraulic system. Hydraulic pump can be classified into gear pump, plunger pump, vane pump, and screw pump according to its structure. Different types of hydraulic pumps are used for different scenarios and working conditions, for example, the gear pump is suitable for the scenarios requiring high pressure and high flow rate and the plunger pump for the scenarios requiring high precision and high pressure.

The working principle of hydraulic pump is to suck and discharge the liquid by the change in closed volume, thereby pressurizing and conveying the liquid. The closed volume of the hydraulic pump is composed of pump body, piston and blades. When these components change periodically in movement, a closed volume is formed, so that the liquid is sucked in and discharged.
