He is also a part-time member of the editorial board of New Technology & New Process, a member of the Engine Professional Committee of the China Ordnance Society, a member of the Group and Intelligent Integration Technology Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, a member of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology Professional Committee of the China Ordnance Society, and a member of the Advanced Additive Manufacturing Technology Research and Application Center of China Ordnance Industry. He is now the chief technologist of Power Research Institute of NORINCO Group, the director of Vehicle Power Technology Center of NORINCO Group, the director of Shanxi Zhongbing Foundry Co., Ltd, and the Vice Chairman and Dean of Kangshuo (Shanxi) Institute for Residual Stress in Manufacturing.

He now serves as the chief technologist of power development of "new generation of XX equipment" and presides over 4 national special scientific research projects and 3 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects. He has won the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress in National Defense once, the Third Prize of Science and Technology Progress in National Defense twice, the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress in China Machinery Industry once, the First Prize of NORINCO Group for Science and Technology Progress once, the Second Prize of NORINCO Group for Science and Technology Progress twice, and the Third Prize of NORINCO Group for science and Technology Progress for three times. He has been granted 6 invention patents and published more than 10 papers.
