Single-crystal hollow blade
The higher the complexity of hollow structure, the better its cooling performance, so as to improve the operating temperature of the single-crystal blade; the higher the operating temperature of single-crystal blade, the better the performance of aero-engine.
The cavity structure in single-crystal hollow blades is produced using ceramic core precision casting technology. In the traditional production process, the blank ceramic core is produced by die injection molding and the ceramic core is obtained by high-temperature sintering. Due to the existence of the die, the complexity of the ceramic core is impossible to be too high, greatly limiting the performance of the aero-engine.
